>Little Miss Sunshine is a delightful movie.

>It is so well cast with charming, compelling performances that made me and Christian long for more. We caught it Friday afternoon after greedily shopping with a Crate & Barrel gift card.

It was a gorgeous day and we were in great spirits, rested and had no agenda so we strolled lazily throughout C&B looking at gadgets and pillows. I breezily brushed by Christian, stroking him lovingly on his back between his shoulders as I fondled silver cheese knives and plastic wine stoppers. A young woman glared at me curiously. Her facial expression combined the questions “What the Fuck?!” and “Am I on Candid Camera?”

“What’s her deal?” I wondered before catching a glimpse of Christian across the room. Far away from the “Christian” whose back I stroked.

“Oh Fuck!”

All four of us froze for a nano-second before I broke the silence, “OHMYGODI’MSOSORRY!”

“I just thought, ‘Well, it is New York’,” he said, laughing it off as his girlfriend whisked him away never laughing or acknowleding me or Christian. Christian laughed hysterically as did I for hours later. Even today, three days later, I broke down and Christian half asked, “Crate and Barrrel, right?”
