  • 2 heaping Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n

  • 1\/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt<\/li>\n
  • 1\/8 teaspoon peppermint extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend up the frozen banana.<\/li>\n
