>Countdown to Curtain

>The 2005 New York International Fringe Festival is almost underway so life is a hectic blur. Besides assembling press kits, emailing releases, mailing invites, planning the wrap party and submitting listings for This Isn’t Working, I’m also hard at work on a beautiful new website for a certain woman that I hope to unveil by week’s end, promoting TVLand’s Game Time and getting the word out about Christian’s film role (see yesterday’s post). So much for a lazy summer! I have managed to read three books this summer whilst riding the subway — testament to how much errand running around the City I’m doing!

I leave for LA next Tuesday — taking Paquita and staying on Sunset Blvd. in true Hollywood style. I don’t know if last year’s trip (here and here) can be topped, but it will be good to escape the City for a few days even if it’s a business trip. For you West Coast readers, I’ll be at the Laugh Factory on the 16th & UCB Theatre for Best Week Ever Live on the 17th.
